Our Economic Empowerment Activities are designed to help women, youth, and vulnerable groups unlock their potential, build resilience, and take charge of their financial futures.
Through mentorship, training, and hands-on initiatives, we equip individuals and families with practical tools to break cycles of poverty and create sustainable livelihoods.

Our Key Activities
Entrepreneurship Training & Mentorship
We provide workshops and mentorship programs that guide participants in identifying business opportunities, developing business plans, and managing resources effectively. Experienced mentors walk alongside participants, ensuring they gain both technical and emotional support in their journey.
Vocational Skills Development
From tailoring and crafts to agriculture and digital literacy, our vocational training programs are tailored to meet local market demands. By equipping youth and women with hands-on skills, we open doors to self-employment and long-term career opportunities.
Savings and Microfinance Groups
We help communities establish and strengthen Village Community Banks (VICOBA) and savings groups. These groups encourage a culture of saving, provide access to small loans, and foster financial discipline—critical steps toward self-reliance and growth.
Women & Youth Economic Resilience Programs
Specially designed initiatives focus on building confidence, self-esteem, and resilience among women and youth. These programs combine leadership training with economic skills, ensuring participants not only earn but also lead.
Market Linkages & Networking
