We Are Voice of Change Kilimanjaro
Voice of Change Kilimanjaro (VoC-KLM) is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) under Tanzania’s NGO Act No. 24 of 2002. With our head office in Moshi, Kilimanjaro, we operate nationwide, promoting equity, compassion, and sustainable community progress.
VOICE of Change Kilimanjaro exists to be a catalyst for transformation across Tanzanian communities by empowering women, youth, children, elders, and persons with disabilities. Through inclusive training programs, mentorship initiatives, economic empowerment activities, and self-esteem development workshops, we aim to build resilience, confidence, and community-driven growth.
We place special emphasis on grassroots-level intervention from early childhood engagement to lifelong capacity building ensuring that change begins locally and grows into lasting impact.
